Rough leveling cancels preheat bed temp setting

Yes, I have checked and this is a new bug not previously reported.

Bug Description

The rough leveling disables the bed heating even if it was set previously (Preheat).

Expected behavior

The bed heating should stay on if it was already set (before the rough leveling).

Actual behavior

The bed heating is disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Preheat bed temperature
2. Rough leveling
