Power control not changing relay output at shutdown

Yes, I have checked and this is a new bug not previously reported.

Bug Description

Idle power off will only show the power off screen and will not turn off relay. Despite the information in the wiki, my Bigtreetech 1.2 needs a high signal to stay on, so I have high to low trigger selected.

Expected behavior

I expect the state of pin EXT 7 to change from ~5v to 0v when the shutdown screen appears. I expect the printer to power off 10 seconds later.

Actual behavior

Pin EXT 7 stays high at ~5v while printer stays on at shutdown screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set power off setting to top (high to low) trigger selection and enable
2. Install Bigtreetech relay 1.2. Middle Connector (J2) is connected to EXT 7 & EXT 9
3. Power on printer and wait for idle shutdown
