Save and display book progress

As Amy, Boyan or David, I would like the progress I’ve made in each of my books to be saved and displayed.

Tasks

• Design front end components that display a users progress for a book in the library as well as in the book itself
• Use appropriate back end routes to update the user's progress for the book in the database

Acceptance criteria

• A user should be able to see their progress in a book from the library as well as inside the book as they're reading
• Progress for a book begins at 0% and is updated as the user progresses through the book
