Missing cefclient tests

Some of the cefclient tests that rely on static resources have not been completely wired up yet. The files need to be copied to an accessible location - not sure if this should be done using GYP or not. Then resource_util_linux.cpp needs to be updated to return them from the file system. The files in question are:

• domaccess.html
• localstorage.html
• logo.png
• xmlhttprequest.html
