Create automated validation scripts for plugin structure and MCP configuration

Currently, there's no automated way to validate:

• Plugin manifest (plugin.json) correctness
• MCP configuration (.mcp.json) syntax and validity
• Skill and command markdown formatting
• Broken links in documentation
• Consistent naming conventions

+1 - It's proven hard to develop these locally. Getting the formatting of the commands for instance correct versus the skill template. it's easy to make a mistake but hard to spot.
