Expose a way for users to use a custom AuthManager when they define their REST Catalog

Hi! Any progress on this? I want to use iceberg-python with BigLake Metastore (https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/blms-rest-catalog) and looks like it needs custom auth manager as it doesn't support the typical oauth2 flow.
