mark `iceberg-catalog-memory` crate as deprecated?

Seems like we stopped publishing the iceberg-catalog-memory crate after 0.5.1
Looks like it was moved to core via #1480

I see all other iceberg-* crates are updated to 0.9.0

Should we mark iceberg-catalog-memory as deprecate?
