cc @mbutrovich I have an early draft of S3 to experiment with things and I'm following OpenDalStorage's enum pattern. Would be happy to collaborate on the initial design once the draft is in a better shape!

There are many other implementations needed and I've created sub-issues for each. Please feel free to pick issues up as well
