Assuming #15655 is merged the following is a list of dependency changes in all of our runtime build like objects (includes kafka connect and friends)

This issue is to make sure we verify that our license changes match the changes tracked there

I asked Cursor to go through that list of changes and it gave me this list of TODO's

Summary of action items

1. Spark LICENSE (all versions): Add an entry for Okio (com.squareup.okio:okio-jvm, Apache 2.0)

2. Kafka Connect LICENSE: Remove 9 stale entries for dependencies that are no longer bundled:
   a. JCIP Annotations
   b. Nimbus Content Type, Lang Tag, Jose JWT, OAuth2 OIDC SDK (4 entries)
   c. Accessors Smart, Json Smart (2 entries)
   d. ASM
   e. Apache Commons Beanutils

3. Kafka Connect LICENSE (minor): Consider updating the "Apache Commons Collections" entry to reflect that the old commons-collections:3.2.2 was replaced by commons-collections4:4.4.
