Add Geospatial Logical Types as Supported Parquet Data Types for Conversions #803

Feature Request / Improvement
The aim is to add support for the geometry and geography logical types for Parquet so that users having data with such types can sync their data without relying on a generic type casting for unsupported formats.
These data type were added to the Parquet Format via this PR: Geospatial Support for Parquet Format
