Snapshot sync with Parquet source does not work on partitioned tables #807

Please describe the bug 🐞
The snapshot sync with a Parquet source will not properly sync the partitioned files. The data from the previous sync is deleted which causes failures.
The test case for this source was missing actual validations so I have added these in a branch to showcase the issue with the code: #806
