log4j-docgen: Missing `additivity` attribute for LoggerConfig

The auto-generated schema does not allow an additivity attribute on <Logger> elements.

This might be caused by the fact that multiple plugins generate LoggerConfig objects and <Root> does not have such an attribute.

This is marked as closed but the schemas here: https://logging.apache.org/xml/ns/ still don't have it. Is this really fixed?

We have fixed the problem in the generator, but we have neither released a new version of log4j-docgen nor published updated schemas. Thank you for the reminder: I'll add it to my TODO list.

@markyag-spgdji, we decided to decouple the schema from the JARs for the very reason that not every Log4j release imply an API change. Plus, we can retroactively fix schemas if we encounter a schema generator bug, which is the case here. Placing schemas back into JARs will be a step backwards.

Submitted apache/logging-site#23 to update the XSD.
