Join operator in jdbc-generic platform

The wayang-generic-jdbc platform, which is meant to be used to connect to any jdbc-based DBMS, is missing the join operator.

The join operator is only implemented in the wayang-postgres platform for the moment so it would be nice to also have it for the generic jdbc.

I’m interested in exploring this issue and understanding how the JOIN operator is implemented in wayang-postgres.

I will review the existing implementation and report findings.

I have opened a PR implementing the JOIN operator for the Generic JDBC platform.

PR: #708

I based the implementation on the existing Postgres and JDBC template operators.
Feedback is welcome.
