Feature: `adc version` should also return APISIX version

### Description

Running `adc version` currently returns the version of ADC. But ideally, it should also return the APISIX server version. The version of etcd might also be good to show to a user.

```shell
> adc version   
adc version: v0.2.0 - eb03f11560b48351a2da3d9ef04862697b539c6e
APISIX version: v3.5.0
etcd version: vX.Y.Z
```
