Add `mcpc @session logs` command

Feature request: mcpc @session logs command

When things go wrong, mcpc points users to a raw file path
(~/.mcpc/logs/bridge-.log) with no guidance on what to look for. Proposal: a mcpc
@session logs command that wraps that log file

mcpc @session logs — show recent entries
This also lets mcpc replace the current "For details, check logs at " message with
the more actionable "For details, run: mcpc @session logs".

Here's idea of the interface:

mcpc @apify logs                 # print last 100 lines. Print also session info and link to log file.
mcpc @apify logs -n 200          # last 200 lines
mcpc @apify logs --tail 200      # same
mcpc @apify logs --follow              # live follow the log
mcpc @apify logs --since 1h     # can be combined with --tail/-n
mcpc @apify logs --json      # returns an array of strings

Additionally, make sure that e.g. mcpc @playwright --json returns the log file path in _mcpc.logPath.
