Bug: App crashes when building impact model (ImportError)

The application crashes when building an impact model without EcoInvent using the provided sample datasets and configuration files.
Launched with:

appabuild lca build conf/sample/appalca_conf_wo_ei.yaml conf/sample/nvidia_ai_gpu_chip_lca_conf.yaml

The application crashes with: ImportError: cannot import name 'SqliteExtDatabase' from 'playhouse.sqlite_ext'

This was due to a new release of the peewee package. This bug was solved in appabuild v0.4.4 by freezing peewee version to an older one.
