[cPP CHANGE] Server Module - Repeats FIA_X509_EXT.1.2

What is the change request for the cPP? Please describe.
Both 'FIA_X509_EXT.1.2/ITT' and 'FIA_X509_EXT.1.2/ITT/Server' are included in Module and cover same concept. One uses TSF and the other uses application

Describe the solution you'd like

1. change name of 'FIA_X509_EXT.1.2/ITT' to 'FIA_X509_EXT.1.2/ITT/Server'

2. delete repeated 'FIA_X509_EXT.1.2/ITT/Server' which uses 'application' instead of 'TSF' and its App Note 6
