[cPP CHANGE] Server Module - FPT_ITT.1/Server Protocol Updates

What is the change request for the cPP? Please describe.
FPT_ITT.1/Server needs to be written where the 2nd and 3rd bullet selections allowed by App cPP FTP_DIT_EXT.1 are included.

This is because:

1. It is ambiguous if these protocols are implemented by the TOE or the platform
2. There needs to be direction on including the protocol SFRs to handle this channel when part of the TOE

Describe the solution you'd like
Delete all of the current selection in FPT_ITT.1/Server and replace with the 2nd and 3rd bullet selections allowed by App cPP FTP_DIT_EXT.1.

Note that this should be done after App cPP FTP_DIT_EXT.1 is updated to include IPSEC as an option.
