Spaces dropdown doesn't populate on home (http://www.assembla.com/)

If you look at the Net panel of Inspector, the xml request to the API just sits in a "pending" state and never completes, so the list of Spaces in the dropdown is never populated. As far as I can tell, its only happening on the homepage.

This is happening when the URL is not https://

Proposed solution: redirect all non-https requests to https://
