Functionality Improvements

Now that arch is out publicly, we should probably update the CLI. We have a better idea of what we want it to do now so shall we settle on the following:

• Remove watch flag -w / --watch as we're handling this in the server itself now.
• Add basic route generator and observer generator.
• Add CLI documentation
