Add Contribution Guide for Cloning and Running the Project

Hi,

I’m interested in contributing to this repository. However, I noticed there isn’t a proper guide on how to clone the repo, set up the environment, and run it locally.

It would be helpful to add a Contributing.md or a section in the README that covers:

How to install dependencies (if any)

How to run the project locally

Any coding standards or commit message guidelines for contributors

This will make it easier for new contributors like me to get started and contribute effectively.
