chore: drop stale python example entries from root .gitignore

examples/python-us-core was merged into python-r4-us-core and
examples/python-r4 now ignores its whole fhir_types dir via its own
.gitignore, so both root type-schemas entries are dead/redundant. Each
current example handles type-schemas in its own .gitignore.
