Hi, I'm the original author. Cool that you've updated this plugin to keep it alive. Now I've also updated my code for Python 3 and added other improvements but also completely dropped Python 2 support. I'd like to know if it is ok for you if I change the URLs back to the original repository on the OctoPrint pages or if you want to continue this fork.

I'll still keep this fork here for anyone who's still running Python 2, but the plugins.octoprint.org page can point to your repository instead.
