I can't access or view the forge url after deploy successfully

Sorry, I am new to aws. I tried too follow the guild steps by steps. Finally I can deploy it successfully in US East (Ohio)us-east-2 region. However, I cannot access my ForgeAppUrl in browser. The browser said "take too long to response...etc..."

I didn't set the optional part in the guild such as Forge site domain, ALB SSL certificate ARN and Route 53 hosted zone ID. Do I did some wrong?
