Update: Q Business Integration - CDK Compatibility Fixed ✅

I've resolved all CDK compatibility issues and implemented conditional Q Business enablement:

Key Changes:

• Fixed all CDK stack issues (KMS methods, CloudTrail parameters)
• Q Business now requires CDK v2.110.0+ but gracefully falls back if not available
• Cleaned up repository (removed package files, updated .gitignore)

To Enable Q Business:

1. Run pip install -r requirements.txt to upgrade CDK
2. Deploy with multi-account mode

See PR #8 for implementation details. The solution now works with both CDK v2.103.1 (without Q Business) and v2.110.0+ (with Q Business).
