Add Elasticsearch parameters to Helm chart values

Description of the problem

The OpenSearch parameter is the only option in the realm of Elasticsearch I can export to. This works but would like to have dedicated Elasticsearch options. Including elasticsearch-http and elasticsearch-stream.

Proposed solution

Add elasticsearch-http and elasticsearch-stream to Helm chart

Alternatives

The current OpenSearch option works for sending logs to Elasticsearch via HTTP but not stream.
