Redux for settings states and controls, web comps for controls

• switch useState with useRedux for state management, and add more states
• web components (Lea's toggler) for settings or maybe a select menu (more options in a condensed space) - the display could be a list of symbols with on/off states (color/contrast)
• save the states to localStorage
