New site name after sync

Hello,

I just built a new vcenter in a site already inventoried by netbox-sync.
I created a new sync for this vcenter but instead of populating this new cluster inside the existing site, it creates a new site called "vCenter: NameofSite"
So basically I have two sites now. "NameofSite" and "vCenter: NameofSite"

I cannot figure out where does the "vCenter" come from.

Hi,

Without log messages I can't really help. For some reason it didn't match the cluster name to the Site. Can you post the log output with loglevel DEBUG2 here? Just the part where it syncs the clusters.

Hi, i figured it out thanks to the DEBUG2,:

cluster_site_relation = reg-a-az-01/rp00-rc01 = NameofSite

This is the correct way to put it.

Hi, I just wanted to suggest to change

cluster_site_relation = NameofSite = rp00-rc01

to

cluster_site_relation = rp00-rc01 = NameofSite
