Support for modifers in method arguments #120
Description
As noted in #104 (comment) - right now method name argument modifiers are not mapped in Semantic mode.
It would be nice to preserve them e.g like final in #104 or any annotations
modifier: [ {@type:MarkerAnnotation ...} ...] in #82.
