Note: Confirm with a UX person this is incorrect behavior and worth fixing before proceeding.

If you start a Continuation IN Authorization and pick a previous jurisdiction and type something long in Indentifying Number (or Business Name, try both)

But it doesn't give you feedback until you Submit

This is minor, but different from other parts of the UI where you get feedback as you type if you exceed a length.
