Should probably use cucumber-jvm instead of cuke4duke

• Improvements in run-speed.
• Improved IDE support (through JUnit)
• Actively maintained. Cuke4Duke is dead.
• No need for a mvn plugin, runs with junit. (include/run /*Features.java in integration-test phase only)
• There are still some nasty limitations in my cuke4duke mvn plugin

Yea. Looking into it, but missing support for background is a blocker still. Will update example when we migrate my currnet prosjekt to cucumber-jvm :)
