How do you access the clipper?

I dont see anything to select to access copied stuff.

Did you enabled the extension? Check again on extension.gnome.org or in tweak tool.
Which version of gnome are you using?
To open the selection press and hold alt-key and then press v
The selection dialog should open and you can release the keys.

I'm also unable to access it. Is there supposed to be any system indicator?
Gnome 3, Ubuntu 18.10, Xorg
