Buf remote plugin?

There's a buf remote plugin for the previous version of this lib, but not this version: https://buf.build/plugins/python

Is that something that y'all had previously pushed up, or did another contributor supply that? I'm keen to use this library through buf.

I'd rather wait until everything is more stable, but yes I intend to make betterproto available on buf too
