• Quick Toggles Panel - WiFi, Bluetooth, Caffeine (idle inhibitor), Screen Record, DND, Mute
• Volume Mixer - Master/Mic sliders + per-app volume control with Pipewire
• Utilities Drawer - New panel housing Quick Toggles and Volume Mixer
• Utilities Toggle - Bar button to open utilities drawer

• Left Sidebar (AI Chat, translator) - complex, needs API integration
• App Dock - pinned apps with running indicators

Notes

All additions maintain Niri + Hyprland compatibility. The utilities panel provides quick-access controls similar to caelestia's right sidebar but in sitka's architecture.
