Describe the bug
No instructions for configuring CORS settings in Week 3 (step 1 and step 2)

Context
Located in the Serverless Bitcamp Learning Lab in steps 1 and 2 of Week 3

Desired Outcome
Need instructions on how to configure CORS settings to allow requests from localhost

(Optional) Possible Solutions
Add clear instructions that gives the student two choices: use the wildcard or add locahost

Additional context
Bug was reported by a student doing the learning lab
