Broken links, not good for SEO

For example, there were links on the block explorer https://cryptofresh.com/ linked to http://docs.bitshares.eu/bitshares and http://docs.bitshares.eu/bitshares/user/committee.html,
and http://docs.bitshares.eu/bitshares/tutorials/worker-create.html linked from https://cryptofresh.com/workers. Perhaps @dls-cipher has interest as well.

Do we have tools e.g. google webmaster tool or access log analysis to identify broken links?

The bitshares.org hyperlinks are also dead links, I ran into several in the market pegged asset section
