Hi, awesome plugin!
My goal is to measure mean intensity in two sets of ROIs on one image stack in one channel. I'm using file_mode to memory store two tables from each results window, save to the same excel file, and batch repeat through a file of images. So far I've gotten everything to work except for adding each "panel" of tables in a column format (so all the rows of each stack's analysis will be in the same column). They just append horizontally.
