Currently, question variations happen internally inside of individual assignments. I'd like to see what it would look like to support variations in assignment groups, such that a given student might have very different assignments in their submission. In particular, a group might have four different possible assignments, and students only complete two of them. I believe this would require a lot of changes to our existing "submission" model mindset.
