IPv6 support in Uptime Monitor

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When trying to use a IPv6 in any type of Uptime Monitor (Website, Ping or Port, didn't test Game Server) the IP address/URL to monitor field will give an error asking to enter a valid IP address/URL.

Being able to monitor IPv6 addresses
