Complete action again in case of error

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. Update comment appearance
2. Leave page in background (change active tab)
3. After a while return back to page and see notification with error (like unknown error)
   It would be great to perform that operation again, even if site was reloaded by user (happens to non-ssl local sites)

Describe the solution you'd like
If error during post request occurs - it saves into local storage with 24h timeout available to perform operation again for user

Failed actions must be saved through window reload \ closing & opening late
