We need run.bat for Windows and run.sh for Unix to automatically execute instructions from https://github.com/bogdananton/phpunit-selenium-vagrant#install (including proxy stuff)

GUI access from VirtualBox, with openbox as a window manager.
When the environment variable vagrant_startx is set, will install and setup openbox.
