Add exception handling for Redis

The [`wrapper`](https://github.com/bottlepy/bottle-extras/blob/master/redis/bottle_redis.py#L34) function needs to catch [exceptions](https://github.com/andymccurdy/redis-py/blob/master/redis/exceptions.py) that can be raised.
