Add member status info to admin homepage

The admin homepage is currently blank. There's some information that would be useful to display here:

- [ ] New members who haven't been assigned a card yet
- [ ] Cards that are lost but not disabled or found but not re-enabled (aka `card.lost != card.door_disabled`)
- [ ] Members who have left but still have an active card
- [ ] Total number of active members
