Migrate to structured logs to make future analysis easier #9
Description
Currently we log everything to a single plaintext file which isn't ideal if we want to analyse it later. It would be good to migrate our logs to use a more structured format such as JSON and provide additional metadata such as member IDs, machine IDs etc.
