UI Improvements

- In the exercise ui, the placement of Exercise name and syntax eats up a lot of vertical space. These could be made part of the "Task type" and "Question x of y" bit.
- Sometimes options spill down to the botto, questions and options aren't always super well laid out.
- Is bootstrapjs the right call?
