chore(docs): fix front-matter delimiters in all Markdown pages for proper GitHub Pages rendering

- Corrected extra '------------' separators in front-matter blocks
- Standardized YAML headers across:
  - index.md
  - server-side-adoption.md
  - client-side-adoption.md
  - client-side-build-setup.md
- Ensured consistent three-dash delimiters (`---`) before and after metadata
- Verified compatibility with Jekyll/GitHub Pages rendering pipeline
