Sorry to be a hassle but since Susan and I started using Gilbert-21 we have had an issue with the export to RODIS - one which I can work around but nonetheless one which it would be great if you could take a look at as and when you can find the time.
The problem is in the exported CSV file; the header (with all the column names) looks absolutely spot on BUT after re-saving the file as a .xls file and then try to import the file into RODIS (rECOrd, BioBank or GMLRC versions) it fails. I have been able to get around this by creating my own header (looks identical) in Excel and then copying the rows of data into the new file and re-saving it. This file then imports into RODIS with no problems whatsoever. I have no idea what is causing this at all.
Looks like Gilbert needs to save teh file out as an .xls file and the header needs looking at.
