Support WebVTT Imports

SRT files have no standard way to support named voices, while WebVTT does. Additionally, WebVTT is the new standard meant to replace SRT.

We are running into many issues with the SRT import because of this, and even when we do get it working, we lose all information about speakers.

Adding some info, it seems that the SRT import supports named voices using this format, but I can't find any docs on this behavior, nor does this seem like a standard that other Subtitle editing software agrees on.
