Clearly document that `wasmtime serve` isn't a hardened HTTP server

The serve command allows easy serving of a wasi:http component. It doesn't implement any limits to outbound HTTP requests though, so shouldn't be used in production.

We should clearly document this, at least in the docs, but maybe also in wasmtime help serve.
