I installed the software according to the instructions on github, and I use conda to install it.

But I encountered the following error when executing binder_eval_demo.sh.

How should I solve it, or any troubleshooting ideas?

I have the same issue. I was able to run the pipeline before, but now I am also having the JSONDecodeError

This error looks mainly like a mismatched environment/version issue—torch can’t be imported, so the corresponding JSON wasn’t generated earlier, which then causes later steps to fail when trying to access that JSON.

Since there are quite a few dependencies, we can provide an installation script you can try. After installing, you can run the “check” section in install.sh to see whether the imports work properly. However, hardware setups vary, using the Dockerfile approach is a better choice.

The install_new.sh script can install the software, and the tests also pass after installation.

However, there are some version conflicts in the software, which should ideally be resolved.

Additionally, Docker fails to compile it, showing an error message.
